The history of the estate dates back to the year 1998, when the first vineyards were planted, in the village of Polydroso. The winery is divided into two areas; the first area includes vinification equipment, refrigerated tanks of stainless steel the press and other necessary tools. In the second area, there is the bottling line where one encounters the oak barrels. Due to the winery not being open to visitors, a pioneering unit for promoting wine tourism was created in 2009, operated by members of the family.
