Flights to Skopelos

There is no airport in Skopelos.
The closest one is Skiathos Airport, which receives domestic flights from Athens and several European cities. Please note that the latter are mostly seasonal, though, being available only during the summer months.
Alternatively, you can reach the Thessaloniki International Airport, which receives direct flights from Athens, Heraklion, Mytilene and Rhodes, as well as direct and connecting flights from other European destinations.

Ferries to the ports of Skopelos depart from Skiathos throughout the year, with the number of daily itineraries increasing during the high season. The duration of the crossing ranges from just 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the type of vessel and the port of arrival. On the other hand, itineraries from Thessaloniki are seasonal, being operated exclusively between June and September, and the ferry crossing lasts approximately 4 hours.
