General information

Krifi Ammos Beach is located on the western shore of the island, about 15 km north of Skiathos Town. Also known as the Hidden Beach, it lies in a small cove sheltered by lush green hills and impressive rock formations, lending the area a secluded charm. The surrounding greenery hugs the beach’s golden shore, while the beautiful turquoise waters invite visitors for a tranquil swim amidst this enchanting environment.

The beach is organized, with umbrellas and parasols available to rent. The on-site restaurant places guests right next to the shore, offering stunning panoramic views of the beach along with a selection of authentic Greek dishes and ice-cold drinks. The wider region boasts a handful of accommodations, while in proximity to Krifi Ammos lie a few other idyllic beaches, including the picturesque Agia Eleni Beach.

Krifi Ammos is accessible from Skiathos Town by car through a 30-minute drive. There is no designated parking area near the beach, so visitors will have to park their cars on the road before heading down a small trail on foot. Alternatively, one can take a boat or water taxi that departs from the main port of Skiathos Town and makes a stop right at the shore of the scenic beach.
