Alonissos Agios Petros beach

The lovely Agios Petros Beach lies on the eastern coast of Alonissos, about 18 km northeast of Patitiri and just 1 km south of Steni Vala. The unique beauty of Agios Petros lies in its wonderful coast with white pebbles and fine sand that descends into the crystal emerald waters. The surrounding landscape comprises dense pine woods and several other trees, creating a wonderful environment.

Agios Petros remains unspoiled, allowing visitors to enjoy its unadulterated natural scenery. No sunbeds or umbrellas are available, so visitors may want to bring their own. Despite the beach’s lack of facilities, its proximity to Steni Vala places beach-goers just a short walk away from cafes, taverns serving delicious seafood, and comfortable accommodations. There is also a supermarket, where you can purchase some provisions before heading for the beach.

Buses connecting Steni Vala to Patitiri and Chora. From Steni Vala, you can reach Agios Petros within a 20-minute walk. You can also access the beach by car, although it may be difficult to find a parking space.
