Newly opened in spring 2016, Karamela pastry shop in Hydra Town, just off the harbor, offers fresh, homemade pastries, ice creams, and sweets. Karamela is the sister shop to "I Oraia Ydra" and provides all of the restaurant’s dessert delicacies.
