General information

Limanaki is a lovely beach located right next to the port of Skala. It is quieter than the much busier Skala Beach, offering a nice alternative for those visiting the port town. Its rugged coast with white sand and its crystal-clear waters make it ideal for a refreshing and relaxing swim. The surrounding green cliffs create a wonderful picture.

The beach itself is not organized, lacking amenities such as sunbeds and umbrellas. Therefore, visitors are advised to come equipped with umbrellas and towels for the most comfortable experience. Bringing food and water is also recommended. However, given the beach’s proximity to the port, visitors will find many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Plenty of accommodations are also available in the wider region of Skala.

Limanaki Beach is easily accessible from the port and the nearby Skala Beach on foot. If you are in Megalochori, you can take the bus to Skala, with routes being fairly frequent. The main bus stop is located in front of the church of Agioi Anargyroi, which is just a 5-minute walk away from Limanaki.
