General information

Ai-Lagoudis beach Kyparissia: Ai-Lagoudis is the main beach of Kyparissia and lies within a walking distance from the town centre. It is famous for its beautiful sandy seashore and its crystal clear waters. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for the excellent quality of its waters. The beach extends for about 250m and its width is between 30 and 40 m. There you can spot a good collection of small plants and bushes.

Ai-Lagoudis Beach is a paradise for tourists. The pristine sand provides a refreshing experience. The beach organizes many water sports and beach games, as there is a volleyball court within a few metres from the water. A lifeguard also makes sure that the swimmers are safe. Various community programs and seminars are organized on Ai-Lagoudis every summer.

Bit deep but relaxing

Nice beach and very long. The sand is soft but the beach gets quickly deep, which is why there is usually a lifeguard there. Around the beach, there are some cafeterias and clubs. It is great to sit there and enjoy the view of this golden beach. The good thing is that the town is only 10 min on foot away and so are most hotels and rooms. I have heard that the beach of Kalo Nero (about 5-10 km from Kyparissia) is nicer, but this is also a very relaxing place. Love it every time I go!
