The workshop opened its gates for the first time in 1902 from Manolakos family, after 20 years of experience in the honey making industry. The origin of the pasteli recipe, it dates back to ancient Greeks, who ate honey and sesame to get through the hardships of the war, according to the owner. In the present, the 4th generation of the family they keep their ancestors' tradition alive right on the same marble counter they inherited, following the same old recipe step by step.
