The Selfie Museum in Thessaloniki is the first of its kind in Greece. As selfies have become an inextricable part of people’s daily lives, two women decided to take this “routine” one step further.
Inaugurated in 2022, the Selfie Museum covers an underground area of 200 square meters and offers 30 different themed installations. Indicatively, the themes include a disco, a hairdresser’s room, and a swimming pool with balls. Except for the background and already installed props, extra accessories are provided for a more realistic depiction. Guests can take photos with their smartphones, while equipment such as tripods with ring lights and selfie sticks are given for free.
The space is not only for individuals but also for events, like birthday parties and professional photoshootings.
