One of the most recognized desserts of Thessaloniki is the trigone (triangle) Panoramatos, and the “ambassador” of it is Elenidis, founded in 1960 in Panorama, a neighborhood outside Thessaloniki. Well-known for the authentic taste which has been unspoiled through the years. Rich cream and crusty dough ideally matched from Elenidis family, based on the same old traditional recipe. All products are made in a state-of-the-art lab in all required standards and with carefully chosen ingredients of specific greek sources.
