One of the most recognized desserts of Thessaloniki is the trigone (triangle) Panoramatos, and the “ambassador” of it is Elenidis, founded in 1960 in Panorama, a neighborhood outside Thessaloniki. Well-known for the authentic taste which has been unspoiled through the years. Rich cream and crusty dough ideally matched from Elenidis family, based on the same old traditional recipe.
