Sani Festival 2024

Established in 1992 by the Sani Resort, the Sani Festival is an annual event that brings together celebrated Greek and international artists throughout the months of July and August. Attracting art lovers to the charming Halikidiki, it is the largest privately-held festival in Greece and has won the Sani Group the prestigious title of the World’s Leading Cultural Destination Resort for two consecutive years, in 2022 and 2023.
This year, it returns from July 6th to August 10th with an international repertoire that is richer than ever, embracing a wide variety of genres and sounds. The Festival opens with a unique performance by the world-renowned tenor Plácido Domingo, who will interpret the highlights of his long career accompanied by the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra and other acclaimed artists. This thrilling opera night will be followed by a jazz concert by Madeleine Peyroux, concerts by the charismatic Tom Jones and Emeli Sandé, as well as a tribute to Mimis Plessas, one of the most distinguished Greek composers of all time. The grand finale comes with the Gipsy Kings, the masters of gypsy music, who will delight audiences with beloved hits under the starry sky of Halkidiki.
