A local myth says that the wells are the work of Andronios, a dragon that was defeated by the village’s protector and promised to create twelve wells (one of which was buried underground). On top of that, the central well is still working and is being used on a regular basis to supply water to nearby residents! You can also grab some fresh water with its bucket, though keep in mind that most other wells do not have a cover and you might encounter a few insects!
