Yannis Olive wood workshop in Corfu, Paleokastritsa beach

Yannis olive wood workshop is placed on the main road that leads from Corfu Town to Paleokastritsa. Since 1994 Yannis has been producing marvelous kitchen tools, toys and different kind of objects, all made by carving local olive wood. The trees, chosen for this olive wood production are never cut. They just cut a small portion that will be curved to produce artistic tools, so in this way, the trees are preserved.
