Klimataria Restaurant is located in the tourist resort of Benitses, just across the new boat marina. A small family business, founded by Nikos and Lilly Bellos, the restaurant opened its doors for the first time in February 1997. It was born out of their owner's love for the local cuisine.
Today, Klimataria has grown to be a popular eatery in Benitses with traditional cuisine based on fresh seafood and locally-produced seasonal ingredients in the market. The menu is diverse. Nikos and Lilly prepare the dishes daily from the freshest of ingredients that grow in Corfu. Klimataria is a small but nicely decorated restaurant. Some of Klimataria Restaurant's specialties include traditional Corfiot beef pastitsado, stewed octopus, as well as the popular oven-baked octopus. In addition, visitors will have the chance to taste pan-fried fresh fish and tender calamari, seafood pasta, and the famous Corfu fish specialties "bianco" and "bourdetto.
