Trilogia Restaurant is located in Kassiopi, one of Corfu's most beautiful locations and offers a fine dining experience, with a menu comprising primarily of Greek and Mediterranean cuisines. The master chef at Trilogia, who has over two decades of experience, creates some of the finest dishes out of fresh locally produced ingredients and there is an astounding choice of hot and cold appetizers on offer.
Their meat and seafood dishes reflect the rich cuisine of the region. The meat menu includes dolmades and the house specialty, Trilogia Beef. In addition to these, there are tasty barbecued lamb filets with au gratin potatoes, lamb cutlets with rosemary, as well as beef and pork filets with mushroom sauce and red wine. Such dishes come straight from the grill, accompanied by a variety of rich sauces and dips. The seafood list has grilled fish and octopus, smoked salmon with dill and mustard sauce, fried prawns with basmati rice, and their very own exotic lobster a la Trilogia. From the Italian menu, there is spaghetti with shrimps, spaghetti with aubergine and olives, and pennes with octopus and vegetables.
The wine list brings to you the best champagnes, both Greek and International labels served in a classy ambiance with extreme care and attention to detail. For desserts, guests can choose from chocolate cheesecake with morello marmalade and the classical tiramisu, yogurt with honey and nuts, and the fig and walnut and vanilla ice cream with cherry compote. On top of the list is the exotic galaktoboureko, a hot custard-filled-pastry accompanied with vanilla ice cream and wild cherry syrup. At Trilogia, they also take special care to appease their young guests.
