Hellenic Seaways is a Greek ferry company founded in 1984.
Since 2018, it has been a subsidiary of Attica Group, the parent company which also includes Blue Star Ferries and ANEK Superfast. Its headquarters are located in Kallithea.
Today, the company owns conventional and high-speed ferries operating in the Aegean Sea, reaching destinations in the Cyclades, the Saronic Islands, Crete, and North Eastern Aegean.

As a member of Attica Group, Hellenic Seaways may operate routes to all island complexes of the Aegean Sea, as well as to Crete. In addition, it may operate routes to the mainland destinations of Ermioni, Porto Heli, and Kavala.

Fleet and routes

The company's fleet includes high-speed and conventional vessels.
Their amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and kennels.

► Nissos Samos is a conventional ferry that can transfer 2.202 passengers and 656 vehicles.
The seats it offers include economy and air-type, as well as cabins.
You will find a gift shop and a sickbay on the ship, too.

► Nissos Rodos is a conventional ferry that can transfer 2.210 passengers and 748 vehicles.
The seats it offers include economy and air-type, as well as cabins.
You will find a gift shop and a sickbay on the ship, too.

► Artemis is a conventional ferry that can transfer 512 passengers and 58 vehicles.
The only seats it offers are economy (deck) seats.

► High Speed 4 is a high-speed ferry (catamaran) that can transfer 1.010 passengers and 188 vehicles.
Its seats are numbered airline seats, and VIP seats are also available.
A gift shop/boutique is available on board, too.

Hellenic Highspeed is a high-speed ferry that can transfer 727 passengers and 156 vehicles.
Its seats are numbered air seats, and VIP seats are also available.

► Aero Highspeed 1, 2 and 3 are high-speed ferries (aero catamarans) that can transfer up to 150 passengers each.
Their seats are numbered air seats.
A vending machine area is available on board, while there's also a dedicated area for bicycle transportation.

► Flying Cat 3, 4, 5 and 6 are four identical high-speed ferries (catamarans) that can transfer up to 342 passengers each.

► Flying Dolphin 17, 19 and 29 are three identical high-speed ferries (hydrofoils) that can transfer up to 130 passengers each.

Check-in, discounts, and reward program

The company offers online reservations and web check-in for every itinerary.
You can receive your tickets either digitally or physically at one of the port agents.
In both cases, you have to collect them two hours before boarding.

Hellenic Seaways offers frequent discounts and offers according to seasonality and special discounts to children, students, and ISIC (International Student Identity Card) holders.

In addition, it has established the Seasmiles reward program, with special prices, privileges, and offers to the members.

The central agencies of Hellenic Seaways are six. Three of them are located in Piraeus Port, (at E8 Gate, 6 Aristeidou Str., and 26 Akti Poseidonos Str. respectively), two in Chania (Sofoklis Venizelos Sq. in Chania Town and 31-33 Ethnarchou Venizelou in Souda) and one in Heraklion Town (11 Dimokratias Ave).
