Samos is rich in tradition and is famous for the excellent quality of various of its products. The best-known product of Samos is its delicious sweet Muscat wine. The tasty honey produced on the island is also excellent.

Samos is also known for its folk art and produces beautiful pottery, ceramics, rugs, bags made of goat wool and woven fabrics with beautiful designs and colors and which are made on local looms.
