The brewery’s first beer, Valsamo Ale, is a witty wordplay on the word Samos, and it is best known for its intriguing blend of quality malts and locally sourced Samian honey! Furthermore, the sophomore drink of Samos Beer is the unfiltered Valsamo Lager, a more lightweight option with a discreet citrus flavor!

Other creations of Samos Beer are the incredible Oneira New England IPA, the IRA IPA, and the refreshing Trigoni Kölsch beer, as well as the dark and strong KerKiss Eisbock, the spicy Armakas Farmhouse Ale, and the Sitar Weiss beer, with a distinct banana and clove flavor! Moreover, the establishment provides a wide variety of snacks, including quality burgers, delicious hot dogs, deep-pan pizzas, and pizookies, a crossover between a pizza and a cookie with vanilla ice cream on top!
