Hrysafi was founded on the volcanic island of Lemnos about three decades ago. Its long gastronomy heritage is preserved until nowadays, as its production is based on traditional recipes. For all the products only the finest ingredients are used, like sheep and goat milk, fresh eggs and flour from the local wheat variety «mavragani».
