Kos Paradise beach

General information

Paradise Beach lies right in the middle of Kefalos Bay and is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The expansive shore features silky golden sand and the turquoise waters run clear and are relatively calm. As you swim in the sea you will be able to see tiny bubbles rising from the seabed on account of the area's proximity to the volcano on the island of Nisyros.

The beach is equipped with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and parasols. You will also find showers, changing rooms, and a free parking area nearby. There is a local beach bar that overlooks the scenic beach and offers delicious meals and a great selection of drinks, from ice-cold coffee to cocktails and beers. Finally, a watersports center allows visitors to partake in several different watersports, such as parasailing, skiing, wakeboarding, and kayaking.
