Karpathos Panormitis Church

Location: Pigadia

The charming Church of Panormitis is located in the heart of Pigadia perched atop a small hill overlooking the harbor. It is dedicated to the Archangel Michael and features an off-white exterior and tile dome. Its interior is beautifully painted and hosts icons of various religious figures. The surrounding area has some flowers and a small cemetery is next to the church.

Access to the Church is easy, taking no more than 20 minutes on foot from the center of Pigadia. The advantageous position of the church offers visitors a serene environment with gorgeous panoramic views of the sea, serving as a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the capital.
