Karpathos Agnontia beach

General information

Agnontia Beach is located on the eastern coast of Karpathos. It is fairly secluded, featuring a unique landscape of rugged hills and stretches of olive trees, some of which grow very close to the waterfront. The beach itself is comprised of white sand adorned with grey pebbles and clear blue waters. The area sees some occasional strong winds, but most times the waters are calm enough for swimming.

You may be able to find some sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach during peak summer months. Besides that, however, there are no further amenities provided. The wider region doesn't offer facilities, so beach-goers are advised to come well-equipped with all the essentials, such as food and water.

There is no designated parking area near the beach either, however, you can park your car along the dirt road leading to the beach.
