Palm leaves, sugarcane, starch, cellulose, wood. All the dishes and snacks are handmade. For the preparation of our dishes, they use virgin Greek olive oil and genuine Greek feta. For frying the products they use sunflower oil. Their minced meat consists of  a100% fine veal. The kitchen staff will take care to prepare special dishes for those who have any allergy or food intolerance.
