T-Oinos is the first wine in 3000 years to be produced from the volcanic soil of Tinos. The vineyard is cultivated according to the rules of organic farming so that the wild beauty of the site will be preserved as much as possible. The varieties that are cultivated are Greek, with many of them coming from the Cyclades region. These wines boast numerous complex flavours and aromas, that come as a result of a perfect combination of the sun, the sea and the Etesian winds.
