The idea for Prekas Traditional Products was formed in 1993. It aims to promote the healthy, Greek, traditional diet through local goods. In its facilities, exceptional products from Syros and the rest of the Cyclades are manufactured, like fennel paste, caper paste, sun-dried tomato paste and sea fennel. Prekas Traditional Products delicacies travel all over Greece.
