The beekeeping family business ROTA started producing thyme honey 40 years ago on the island of Serifos. Continuing the tradition, in an attempt to provide the next generations with pure honey, they managed to produce this exceptional kind of Greek organic raw honey of a unique taste, rich aroma and golden color. Raw organic honey is considered to be a gift from bees, a gift that must be shared. Even though The Family Beez honey is a product of limited production, through the company's export activity, its objective is to highlight it, and to promote it so that it will travel in the entire world.
