Electric Mountain Bike Adventure
General Description
Ride a bike or electric bike through southern Santorini, a perfect place to experience beautiful scenery and make your way through picturesque streets! Don’t miss your chance to marvel at some of the most jaw-dropping beaches in the Mediterranean and grab a great serving at the end of the trip.
This entertaining bike trip lasts about 3.5 hours and can host up to 8 participants per group. A multilingual tour guide will be available, making the trip a fantastic idea for English, Greek, Spanish, Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, and Ukrainian speakers!
A pickup is available from everywhere around Santorini, or you could go to Perivolos Black Beach yourself before the start of the tour. During the first half of the tour, you will slowly start biking around Perivolos and Perissa beaches, then cycle towards the one-of-a-kind maze village of Emporio. The biking route will go through ancient trails and paths that the residents used thousands of years ago. Once you visit Emporio and its Venetian castle, the guide will hand you an orange juice refreshment!
Continue your biking adventure by visiting a famous cliff spot that offers a great view of the caldera, then pay a visit to a small cave chapel, hosted inside a volcano-created structure. Next, the group will bike towards the Megalochori area in order to visit the Feggera Porch Restaurant for some local white wine and a quick bite. Finally, you will head back to Perivolos Beach for a drink or a ride home.
The tour guide will provide you with a helmet, a pair of gloves, plus photographs of yourself after the tour concludes. Moreover, the agency highly recommends bringing a casual pair of shoes, sunglasses, swimwear, a clean towel, and sunscreen.
This electric bike ride is not suitable for kids under ten years of age, people with recent surgeries, or wheelchair users. It is also important to note that children between the ages of 10 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent and be taller than 145cm, to be eligible for the ride.
