Join this exciting 3-hour Cooking Class and enjoy expertly-made Santorinian dishes paired with local, high-quality wine!
A tour that you can attend all throughout the mid and high seasons, this cooking class offers a farm-to-table experience for everyone! Providing you with a plethora of fresh ingredients from nearby producers, as well as their very own gardens, the hosts and chef will help you step-by-step to create some of Santorini’s finest meals!
Offering multiple options, every attendee will make a Santorinian Salad, a plate of delicious fava (split peas puree), and classic Greek tomato fritters, though one can also choose between making either pork filets (dipped in Vinsanto wine sauce), fresh mushrooms (dipped in Vinsanto wine sauce), or spaghetti pasta (with tomato and garlic)!
Every cooking class participant will be handed a glass of wine from the Artemis Karamolegos Winery during their food-making experience! Shortly after preparing their meal, guests will have a table to themselves (inside the restaurant’s main area or on the veranda) in order to feast on their lunch, as well as a bottle of wine for two! Wrapping up the experience, participants will be served dessert with a glass of world-class Vinsanto Wine.
