The complex of Villa Lukas consists of luxurious deluxe and executive suites that have an outdoor heated jacuzzi, a lovely honeymoon suite, as well as a traditional cave suite, which was the residence of the parents of Lukas until 1950. Both the Deluxe Suite and the Executive Suite include an outdoor heated jacuzzi on their private verandas. From this spot, visitors can enjoy the romantic sunset of Santorini and its breathtaking landscapes. The Suite and the Honeymoon Suite feature a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower.
The Two Bedroom Villa of Villa Lukas in Santorini can host up to five guests since it includes two bedrooms. The Traditional Cave Suite has two rooms and it can host from two to four people, therefore it is an ideal choice for families.
Location
Villa Lukas is located 2 km away from Fira, the capital of Santorini, 6 km away from the airport and 10 km away from the port, 4 km from the nearest beach, and 100 m from the local bus station. The complex is easily accessible and there is municipal parking next to its entrance. Close to Villa Lukas Studios and Suites in Imerovigli, there are fish taverns, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, supermarkets, mini markets, souvenir shops, tourist offices.
We had a very good time at the Villa Lukas. The room was very clean (we had the biggest appartment, the cave apaprtment for five people). It has a kitchen a good refrigerator. And a nice terasse to look the sunset and the caldera. It is a quiet place. Mr Lukas is very helpfull for any thing, trip to the volcano, carrental, transfers, adresses from restaurants. He had every time for a talk. It is an ideal location for those wishing to visit Santorini, avoiding the hustel and bustle of the capital Fira

Io e il la mia ragazza abbiamo chiuso ad agosto per 10 giorni un studiο in Villa Lukas. La stanza era molto bella e molto sensuale. La vista dal balcone è fantastico. Si vede il vulcano e sulla caldera. Questa sensazione che abbiamo sperimentato per la prima volta nella nostra vita. Dal nostro balcone abbiamo goduto ogni giorno questa splendida vista con i nostri caffè ogni mattina. E il pomeriggio?? Ma che altro?? Il Tramonto Perfetto !!! Il tramonto. Non c'è bisogno di andare altrove per vedere questo bel tramonto dolce se soggiorno a Villa Lukas. Si dice da molti al per tramonto di Santorini, dovrebbe solo andare a Oia (sbagliato). la sala era molto confortevole e molto pulita. Vicino a Villa Lukas ha buoni ristoranti e trattorie con cucina tradizionale. Il proprietario e gestore, il signor Lucas è un uomo brillante e molto molto utile per i visitatori. A very nice hotel.
My husband and I had a very good time in this hotel from 28-05-2011 to 01-06-2011. The hotel is very quiet and clean, with the fantastic sunset view. The balcony is so big that you will never regret for choosing here.

We liked very much
Last May we traveled to Santorini. We had booked a studio in villa lukas for one week. The room was very comfortable and very nice. Fantastic and amazing views from our balcony. You can see the volcano and the magical sunset. The rooms are near the street with several shops nearby (mini markets, restaurants).A smiling girl cleaned our room every day. Mr. lukas is very polite and helpful at all. We remember the wonderful sunsets which fills our hearts with great happiness. We highly recommend it!

It was very nice, clean, comfortable. We had our own balcony. We sit with our coffee, enjoying spectacular views of the caldera, volcano and late afternoon, Ah! This stunning sunset! Villas Lukas enjoys a strategic location on the island between Fira and Ιa. The bus is only a few yards from studios, would recommend the same to go to Fira feet (20 to 30 minutes). The girlfriend and I went to Santorini for a week. We enjoyed the our stay at villa lukas. We had a studio which was very nice with simple spatial style with a remarkable view of the caldera. It was great to have a mini-kitchen. Repeatedly, as we made breakfast and lunch by yourself and enjoy the view. In fact, we liked the sunset from our balcony to enjoy. Mehrfach hat wie wir Frühstück und Mittagessen selbst gemacht und genießen die Aussicht. In der Tat, wir mochten den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben von unserem Balkon. A wonderful views with absolute calm
We went to Santorini a week it was me and my wife for six days the June. We stayed in Imerovigli on one studio in Villa Lukas. The rooms are spacious and very clean, there was a small kitchen. It has views from any position on the caldera cliff. We had our own balcony. From our balcony we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. We were very quiet. It was very clean and very comfortable studio. Jordana is very good. Is the girl who cleans the rooms every day. The Villa Lukas is very close to grocery stores and restaurants with good food. The owner and manager, Mr. Lukas with his advice was very useful and very helpful people, to help with us anything we want. We will return to Villa Lukas again. Western Jim From England

Great views, very quiet
Villa Lukas I the found the Internet. I went,I and my wife in early July for 7 days. The Imerovigli is a wonderful quiet place to you go your holiday. The Villa Lukas is very sweet beautiful point. We were hours and hours admiring the spectacular views from the terrace of our room. The view of the caldera of Santorini is breathtaking. And especially when stay at Villa Lukas and watch the sunset from the it balconies.! The studios are very nice and comfortable with every detail equipped with all amenities. The cleanliness is impeccable. The owner, Mr. Lucas is a wonderful and very helpful man with visitors it. It is highly recommended.

We enjoyed the month of May 2011 our honeymoon trip to Santorini. We stayed one week. We stayed at Villa Lukas in Imerovigli. This was great for our experience. The view was perfect and the room too clean. I have no words to say! The sunset from our balcony was one magic! The Mr. Lukas is very humorist and he was always there for anything we wanted. Villa Lukas is simply the best place for visiting Santorini Island. Not far from the main town, cities and beaches, and sited in the quiet and attractive village of Imerovigli, Villa Lukas offer rooms with independent terraces offering a beautiful view of the Caldera. Sunsets are amazing and personnel very friendly and helpful. From there you could reach the old Imerovigli passing through the white traditional alleys of the village. Villa Lukas is ideal place for romantic holidays and relaxing shelter from working fatigue.

Villa Lukas an excellent choice!
In May 2011, we reserved Villa Lukas upon recommendation of a friend, but cautiously for only 2 nights, just in case. We liked it so much we prolonged it to 5, and saw nothing else that could surpass it in value for money. The location is ideal for exploring all of Santorini. The view is so fantastic we never wanted to be anywhere else for sunset. Lukas and staff are friendly and helpful and the place is kept spotless. My comments: We stayed at Villa Lukas in early June one week. The room was very nice and have with its own kitchenette and very roomy. The view from the balcony is hard to describe you must see for yourself. The volcano crater and santorini town and all the place hanging on the edge of the cliff . From our balcony we enjoyed the beautiful views of the morning with my our coffee. And evening the amazing sunset. We were very quiet. The studio room was very comfortable and very clean. Well done Jordana. Is the girl who cleans. Near to Villa Lukas have good shops for your food. Mr. Lukas is excellent man and very very helpful for our. I would return to Villa Lukas again.

July-August 2010 - Villa Lukas ... What can I say? If you visit this beautiful island called Santorini and you are not naturally in Villa Lukas.
It is a small, family band, but a large jewel on the rock of the cliff. Where to start. From the rooms to inspire with this simple traditional rustic style. Cleanliness, kindness, goodness, service, smile and humor the Mr, Lukas. You Sitting on the your balcony and you think you are between sky and sea to cool off watching this wonderful fantastic landscape with panoramic views of the caldera of the volcano. The in the evening to get your coffee to sit in your balcony and watch the sunset. This sunset there is nowhere else on the planet. Watching the sun sink into the deep sea and all the is all, red horizon. It is a sweet memory for us, I the Orpheus and my girlfriend Natasha. And will have until the next time we go again .- You???

In August I traveled to beautiful Santorini. I finally am very lucky because I had booked a studio in villa lukas for one week. They do not need many words. Everything was perfect. The room is large with traditional decor. The fantastic and amazing views from our balcony. You see the volcano surrounding islands and the most important is the sunset. The rooms are near the street with several shops nearby (mini markets, supermarkets, restaurants, taverns). With special daily cleaning by a very smiling girl. Mr. lukas is very polite and helpful at all. If you go to Santorini and not stay at the villa lukas you lose. We and our friends would go back soon. Great place with amazing views VILLA LUKAS
We stayed the villa lukas for 9 nights in one superior studio. All rooms has the caldera ( water) view. Comfortable room with a nice bed and a sofa . Very clean. My room has a small kitchenette with 2 burners, small fridge and table for two. Hair drier included. Free WIFI. Out side of my room I have a seating area with another small table. (great for breakfast) and two chairs to sunbathe, read or to wait for the wonderful amazing beautiful sunset. This is an small family operated hotel. The Imerovigli is located between Fira and Ia. Close enough from Fira to enjoy the shopping and the night life but far enough to rest peacefully. We walked to Fira few times in the morning for breakfast. Near the villa lukas has good restaurants, taverns and super markets. What to say about the owner Mr. Lucas? Always willing to assist us with much humor! Iordavov Todorova From Russia!

We stayed for 2 nights in May 2011. Amazing views from terrace! Lukas kindly arranged transfers from the airport and to the ferry. If you enjoy walking do not miss the opportunity to walk along the crater rim to Oia - you can see the start from Villa Lukas. Fabulous scenery!

I stayed at Villa lukas for 1 night in Aug.2011. I originally booked three nights at Villa lukas, however have to change the reservation to one night because we have to move to another hotel. Lukas is sooooooooo nice that I felt guilty by only staying here for 1 night! The villa has definitely awesome view towards the sea bay, and room is well maintained. Location is good, about 20 min walk to Fira town, where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be back to Villa lukas if we come back to Santorini!

Unbeatable views!
Stayed in Sept 2010. Gperfectly situated to go to Fira and Oia. Unobstructed, sweeping views of an utterly amazing location. Stayed in top two suites which minimised steps to the road. Could walk easily to Fira along the coast for meals - a stunning experience at night. Bathroom was basic but it was excellent value for the money and everything was clean. Bedroom spacious and the huge deck was a wonderful place to have breakfast and sit to watch the gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine. Great bakery, grocery store, mini-mart (not always open), quad bike rentals, bus stop all close by. A great choice if you do not want to spend an arm and a leg in Oia where it is very crowded.

Would stay here again!
We stayed here early July in 2011. I had searched for a place that was quiet, had a view of the sunset and a balcony and it was all of that! There are not alot of steps and the minimarket at the top of the stairs has everything you need. Lukas helps you with everything. He arranged transportation from the airport and to the ferry. The town is close to Fira and Oia. We did not rent a car . We used the bus( the bus stop is closeby) which goes back to Fira to go to other parts of the island. Although you can get on the bus to go to Oia. The location of Villa Lukas was great. We even walked to the next town. The rooms were clean and were roomy with a kichenette with an American coffeepot and refrigerator. We were so glad we stayed at Villa Lukas!We would stay there again!

A wonderful place to stay
We stayed for 5 nights in early June,2011 and were absolutely thrilled. It was in a very quiet spot but close to go anywhere. There is a free parking area a few steps away from the entrance of Villa Lukas and a convenient minimarket across the street. The view from our terrace was magnificent. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. Mr. Lukas was very helpful and friendly.
A great value stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!
Mom and I stayed at Villa Lukas in October for two evenings and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was an easy distance to Oia and Fira without having to stay in amidst the hustle and bustle. The view from the balcony was fantastic, particularly during the sunset. A big thank you to Lukas and staff.

We stayed at Villa Lukas for 8 nights in May 2010. We were very happy with our choice. The view from our deck was breathtaking. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and market for groceries. We also rented a car and explored the rest of the island. We would highly recommend the location to anyone visiting Santorini.

A Lovely Holiday
We were delighted that our holiday at Villa Lukas all went very smoothly, from the pick-up at the Port until we left again. Home away from home
This summer (2010), I once again had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lukas (my 3rd time), and it just gets better with time.....like a good red wine.
The location is the best in Imerovigli (best view of the caldera and sunsets, right next to the road and yet private, and a just a few steps away from a small grocery shop), and the warmth and hospitality of Lukas and his staff is exceptional.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Charming and Memorable
We have stayed at Villa Lucas every time we visited Santorini since 1995!! The proprietor and his wife welcome us as old friends every time we arrive. The traditional apartments are exceptionally charming and well-kept, and the view! the view is fantastic and breathtaking. Santorini is our most favorite place, and for us, there is only one place to stay, and that is Villa Lucas.

In june (16.06.-30.06.2010) we have been for two weeks on santorini and we stayed in "Villa Lukas".
The apartments were very beautiful, the service for all was super good and the view out of balkonys was terrific.

Great Place
We stayed a Villa Lukas at the end of September 2009. Our villa was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. All in all it exceeded our expectations. We had a spectacular view from our balcony that was enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine.
I would like to thank everyone at Villa Lukas for making our stay something we will never forget. If we come back to Santorini again there is no place else we would rather stay.

The best holiday ever
I really wish to thank Lukas, Popi and Helen for the wonderful welcome and amazing staying they provided us.
We stayed at Villa Lukas end of July 2009 and everuthing was as described and percfect. We were just excited by the amazing view we had from our studio every morning and every day at sunset. Santorini is great and Villa Lukas is the best place to stay to enjoy the island night and day. Also it is extremely clean place, tied up everyday.
Also, the reservation was finalized very smoothly. We were very satisfied with the renting place they suggested us as well. Everything was just perfect, really.
So Villa lukas is highly recommended!

Villa Lukas offered us the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday: a large studio, a huge balcony with a fantastic view and a homely atmosphere created bu the hosts Lukas and Popi.
Situated on the highest point of the caldera, Villa Lukas offered all the luxury you can imagine, for a very good price.

Villa Lukas was unexpectedly great, we liked it when we first shaw the pictures at this site, but it was even better when we actually came to stay for a week during this summer. The service was excellent, it had clean - tidy rooms and the view is fantastic.

A little piece of heaven on the island!!!
Villa Lukas is the most beautiful place in Santorini!!! Breathtaking caldera view and magnificent sunsets!!! It is just a little piece of heaven!!!

A superb place for Santorini
We spent 1 week this summer (June-July 2009) at Villa Lukas at Imerovigli, in the island of Santorini. We picked the place literally at random after we got allured from the pictures we saw in a travel magazine and the hotels web site. Immediately after, we called the hotel to make a reservation and we surprisingly found out that the owners Mr. Lukas and Mrs Popi were extremely nice and professional people, a rare event I believe for family owned businesses in Greece. The reservation details were finalized very smoothly as well; I received an email acknowledgment as soon as I sent the 2-day down payment.
Before our arrival at the hotel, we were worried about what we were going to get there. Santorini is primarily famous of the caldera view as opposed to its beaches, so a room with a great view to the caldera is a must in this island. Our experience so far with hotels looking great on the internet was not very encouraging, but this uncomfortable feeling fortunately went away as soon as we set our feet on the hotel.
The access to the hotel was very easy. It is located at the top of the hill, so it is only few steps from the village road and across from a mini market, but very quiet. The room was large enough for 2 people, very clean and nicely decorated with a full kitchen bar, dining table and a sofa. However, the best asset of the room was the terrace in front of it with the magnificent view to the Caldera. At this terrace we spent hours every day enjoying this view, over breakfast or afternoon coffee and came back with over 400 photos taken. There are no appropriate words to describe the view from our room. As matter of fact, the real view is at least 10 times better than the one showed at the web site pictures.
Overall, we found Villa Lukas to be a great place that made us have an unforgettable vacation week in Santorini. The pictures we took from there constitute the main theme show in our digital frame back home. The place is not the typical 5-star glamorous hotel you could find in a place like Santorini or Mykonos, in the sense that there is no pool, Jacuzzi, or butler service, but we were not interested in these things in the first place. If you are looking for a nice and neat place with great view at a very reasonable price, I believe that Villa Lukas ranks at the top among all other places you can find (and saw) in Santorini.
Closing, I should also mention another nice impression we got from the place. Mr. Lukas was kind enough to provide us with all inside info regarding the best places for dining or finding our way in the island. In this way we had the opportunity to try traditional recipes at nice places all over the island, thus avoiding the mainstream and expensive touristic restaurants that you see advertised on every tourist guide available.
We left Santorini with a sorrow feeling but with the hope that we will visit the island again soon even for a long weekend - and to this effect, we count on Villa Lukas so that we will not strain our budget.

Perfect moment in our life
Villa Lukas is a perfect place with amazing views, comfortable accommodation and romantic atmosphere. The most important thing is: we met the most beautiful girl of Greece and her nice family there. Perfect
I spent a wonderful 14 days on Santorini at Villa Lukas.
Rooms are beautiful with the best view of the volcano.

MAGNIFICENT VIEWS! Great location (walking distance to bus-stop, supermarket, convenient grocery stall just outside), daily cleaning, And best of all, super friendly and helpful hosts, honest people - we had left some valuables in the safe and they helped to courier them to Athens. The Great escape
Villa Lucas on the island of Santorini is a gem of a retreat from the rat race. I spent 14 days at this charming friendly, family run villa, and could have stayed forever. Being well taken care of and waking up to such breathtaking view was all I needed to shake away the stresses of life.
The family Lucas are such wonderful friendly warm people that I hope to be with them again next year.

The Best Place to be
Summer of 2006 we spent 1 week at
Villa Lukas and it was the most amazing vacation we ever had. Each year we visit Greece to see family but this was our first trip to Santorini. We rented the room via the internet and when we arrived it was everything they said and more. The room was beautiful and spotless, decorated in true Greek fashion. The view was breath taking and the hospitality of Popi and Lukas were the best. This place is close to everything and Popi and Lukas were alway helpful on suggesting were to go and what to see. We are planning another trip to Santorini and there is no other place that we would stay but here!
