Paros Siparos Restaurant in Naoussa

Just outside Naoussa and towards Santa Maria beach, Siparos restaurant, running since 2009, is one of the most notable suggestions for quality food lovers. In its beautiful Cycladic courtyard, next to the sea and overlooking the idyllic sunset you can taste dishes based on local recipes (sometimes slightly tweaked), which are made from fresh seasonal raw materials. 

The chef is oriented to creations based on seafood and shellfish, while pasta is among its prevalent proposals. Its signature dishes include orzo pasta with saffron, octopus and squid, chickpeas with rosemary, aubergines with caramelized onions, capers, olives and local creamy goat cheese.
