The Open Garden, is Belgian-Greek chef Elda Molla's third self-owned restaurant in Paros, after To Kafenio in Marpissa (1991-1994) and Kyma in Naoussa (1995-2005). She is passionate about her cooking and her considerable experience is enhanced by her eagerness to discover new approaches to time-honored fare, with the exclusive use of natural fresh ingredients, which she herself diligently selects on a daily basis.
