Taverna Vasilis began its journey way back in 1951 with 5 tables on an earthen floor. Since then it has grown to become a full-fledged successfully run restaurant. It is a family property whose ownership has passed through generations. This is probably the main reason for the cozy atmosphere and warm treatment witnessed here. Everything from the stylish interiors to the authentic Greek food has a personal touch to it.

The restaurant offers a variety of dishes and it is a highly recommended joint. Food served here is made using traditional Greek recipes. Delicious homemade food is definitely a plus for this place. One can start with some delicious starters, salads and soups followed by the main course offering a variety of non-vegetarian dishes. Vegetarians, however, will have a tougher time here as the vegetarian dishes on offer are few in number.
