Oniro is a roof garden restaurant underneath the Venetian Castle of Naxos. Visitors are able to enjoy their dinner by having an exciting view to the harbor, the neighboring islands in the light of a magnificent sunset and the mountains of Naxos by the full moon.
Oniro's Greek and International cuisine is made of local products. Specialties of the restaurant are the "wedding favor", which is pork or rabbit in ladokola stuffed with traditional cheese, "agrotiko" that is beef with vegetables on the pot and lamb stuffed with cheese, bacon and tomato. All these will accompany with white or red wine from the restaurant's own production.
Friendly service and high-quality Greek music are also offered to visitors in combination with loyalty to tradition. It is also worth mentioning that Oniro used to be a traditional old stone house until 1987 and it finally became one of the best-known restaurants of Naxos.
