General information

The beach of Itonas in Naxos is one of the northern beaches. It is located 2 km from the Tower of Agia, so you should consider it for a plunge if visiting the historical edifice during the daytime. 
The beach is crescent-shaped, but not much shielded from the winds due to its location. For that reason, it is recommended to approach it when the sea is calm and the weather is not windy. 

Reaching the beach is rather challenging, though; make sure to have a pair of sneakers or trainers with you.
