Akrotiri Seafood Obsession Restaurant is located in the picturesque village of Pollonia in Milos, right next to the sea. Operating for the first time in 2018, its main goal is to create unique flavors based on the pure, local products of the island’s small producers as well as on some materials that are produced by the owner himself, Mr. Zacharias Batzakas.
Moreover, it is important to mention that the dairy products are selected from the dairies of the island and the fresh fish from the caiques boats of Milos. Akrotiri is not another simple seafood restaurant; it has a unique culinary point of view, a special character along with a specific concept, promoting excellent gastronomy suggestions and ideas that can satisfy even the most demanding palate.
In particular, the chef of the restaurant combines traditional flavors with the contemporary Mediterranean and Greek recipes. Among the dishes on the menu, you will find a wide variety of salads, hot and cold appetizers, pasta, fresh fish (grouper, seabass, etc), main courses, and desserts, accompanied by a carefully selected list of wines and beers from Greek producers.
