Kythnos Villages
Villages of Kythnos present the typical Cycladic architecture, hence are lovely and photogenic. The island has five main villages - Chora, Driopida, Merichas, Loutra and Kanala - which are connected by bus and are home to the majority of establishments. There are many settlements on the island as well, especially by the sea.
In brief, the picturesque Chora is the capital of the island and the center of life. Driopida is equally beautiful and scenic, while Merichas hosts the port and is the liveliest village in summer thanks to the seaside bars.
