Koufonisia Ludiko beach

General information

Stretching right beside Koufonisia Port, the pebbly Ludiko is one of the closest beaches to the settlement of Chora. Though it cannot compare with other swimming spots around Koufonisia, it boasts the same pristine turquoise-colored waters as the rest of the islet’s coastline, and it is not a bad choice for enjoying a dip away from large crowds. Moreover, it is a great spot for those who enjoy snorkeling.

Ludiko is completely non-organized, but, as Chora is just a stone’s throw away, visitors will find plenty of taverns and accommodations in the vicinity. In short, what makes this beach truly stand out is the amazing sea views it affords; in the late evening, in particular, it is one of the best spots for marveling at the glorious sunset.
