How to get to Kimolos?

There are ferry routes from the port of Piraeus, in Athens to Kimolos, so you can reach this lovely island from Athens! However, the trip lasts 7-8 hours and there are only few routes.
There is a small local ferry that connects Milos to Kimolos. A popular way to reach the island is to first go to Milos as there are more available routes and then take the small local ferry to Kimolos.
Kimolos is also connected with some other islands of the Cyclades, like Milos, Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos and many more.

There is no airport on the island of Kimolos. The closest one is the Milos Airport, which receives flights only from Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" several times per week and the duration of the trip is about 45 minutes. The airport is located 5 km away from Adamas, the main town.
Upon your arrival in Milos, you can then embark on the ferry to Kimolos and reach your destination within half an hour!
