Following the road to Epano Kambos, on the northeastern part of the island, you are directed to the wonderful beach resort of Agia Theodoti in Ios, about 14 kilometers from Chora. The beautiful beach with its golden sand and azure waters is known for its calm atmosphere and natural beauty.

This is an ideal swimming destination offering spectacular sunsets. The endless shore is surrounded by a cluster of trees providing enough shade to visitors. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the shore. while the area also hosts a traditional tavern and some rooms to rent.

Close to Agia Theodoti lie the remains of an ancient aqueduct and a Hellenistic tower.

To get to the beach follow the road to Epano Kambos from the windmills of Chora. Some hiking trails pass by Agia Theodoti, too.
