Tarragon marks the return to Greece of the renowned and award-winning chef Renato Mekoli who chose Antiparos as the next stop of his international career. He is proposing a comfort cuisine full of Greek and Mediterranean flavors, herbs (tarragon included!) and local products. In the past, Renato Mekoli has been acclaimed as the chef of the famous Vassilenas Restaurant which also has its island outpost on Antiparos.
