The current owners are the third generation of the Patelis Family and even though they have infused some modern elements into the dishes, they have retained the restaurant's renowned authenticity of the flavors.

Zombos is a prominent of its utilization of the finest local ingredients. Vegetables are cultivated in the family garden, the meat comes from family livestock farms, and the fish are caught in the waters of Antiparos.

From the salads, the Beetroot Salad, with basil pesto, greek yogurt, and caramelized walnuts, is a highly preferred option.
Regarding main dishes, don't skip ordering the mouthwatering grilled pork steak and the goat ragu with the pasta tagliatelle.
