Andros Windsurfing

Due to its geographical location, Andros is largely affected by the strong northern winds that blow frequently in summer over the Cyclades complex. The eastern side of Andros particularly is very windy and over the last years, it has become popular for windsurfing. In fact, windsurfing in Andros is very popular in the bay of Ormos Korthiou, in close distance to Chora. In this seaside village, there are perfect conditions for windsurfing in Andros.
