Rethymno Koumbes beach

Koumbes Beach is a charming, long shore located 2 km west of Rethymno Town. It is covered in fine golden sand and some large rocks, while its azure waters are shallow and quite wavy.

The shore has some sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, and changing rooms. In the surrounding area, you will find plenty of comfortable accommodation choices, restaurants, taverns, and cafes where you can enjoy a refreshing drink.
