Constructed in 2018, Villa GG is a luxurious resort located on the outskirts of Kokkini Hani in a calm and quiet area. It showcases a contemporary design with some traditional elements, such as stone surfaces. It is completely self-contained, providing guests with all the modern amenities to enjoy a vacation away from hectic everyday life.

Accommodation
The villa has six bedrooms and can house up to fourteen people. On the lower floor, one will find an independent master suite with its bathroom, kitchen and seating area. There are five bathrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi, while an additional WC is available. They are equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. It includes a fully-supplied kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven with a stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as other necessary appliances and cooking utensils. Connected to the kitchen lies a spacious dining area that leads to the front and back yard. Furthermore, grocery shopping can be done by the hosts before the guests arrive at the villa, while breakfast can also be arranged on request.
Entertainment is taken care of, and visitors will never be bored with all the available services. There is a TV with satellite and cable channels, as well as streaming services, gaming consoles, videogames, a DVD player, a radio, board games and children’s entertainment. Moreover, one will find a game room with billiards, a well-equipped gym, perfect for staying fit, and a sauna, ideal for unwinding after a long day.

Next to the villa stands the junior building, which incorporates two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and an open-plan living room. Pets are allowed on request on the entire property.

The resort boasts an ecological swimming pool with an embedded hydromassage feature. It can be heated at an additional charge, while comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas have been set up around it. Furthermore, there is a sunbathing area with sunbeds that allows uninterrupted sea views.
There are two outdoor dining areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends and having a delicious meal. Barbecue facilities with a wood-fired oven and a sink have been installed. In the lush garden, various events, such as weddings, parties and other celebrations, can take place.
