The story of Phyllo Sophies starts back in 1922. At that time it was a little patisserie, established by an ambitious man from Smyrna. Over the years, the establishment grew even more with state-of-the-art facilities, that meet the needs of the new era and new, delicious flavors that have been added in its menu. Stunning breakfast and brunch, snacks, pizzas, salads, homemade soft drinks, herbal teas and alcoholic aperitifs create a complete set of suggestions. However, some references to old recipes, like the delicious bougatsa with cream or mizithra, have been preserved.
