Chania International Photo Festival 2024

Established in 2018 by the Blank Wall Gallery, the Chania International Photo Festival brings together more than 400 photographers from all over the world every year, transforming the Town of Chania into an international center of artistic expression.

This year, it is to be held between the 22nd and the 26th of July 2024, and the venue is none other than the Arsenali Center of Mediterranean Architecture, an esteemed cultural institution housed in the biggest of the Venetian shipyards standing in the heart of the Old Town. Comprising 16 different categories that range from landscapes and street art to monochromes, fine art and conceptual photography, the Festival touches on all the issues that concern contemporary society through the viewpoint of the photographers.
