Porto Del Colombo Hotel in Town, Chania

Located in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, Porto Del Colombo is a unique four-star hotel housed in a 650-year-old Venetian building. It was used as a base for the Turkish military, an embassy and the office of important Greek politician Eleftherios Venizelos before becoming a hotel. It retains elements of Venetian architecture and traditional design while providing modern amenities and comforts at the same time.

Accommodation
The establishment offers eight rooms and two maisonettes that accommodate up to four guests. They all have distinct layouts but are decorated with elegant wooden furniture and provide magnificent views of the harbor or old town. The en suite bathrooms are equipped with towels, slippers, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a telephone, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and cable TV. All guests are also given a traditional Cretan drink as a welcoming gift.
