Our licensed guide will meet you inside the museum and will explain to you in detail the history behind all the important exhibits.
Located right opposite the holy rock of the Acropolis, the museum hosts about 4,000 exhibits. They include items discovered in excavations carried out on the rock of the Acropolis and other important ancient sites all around Attica.
The New Acropolis Museum was designed by the famous architect Bernard Tschumi. The building stands out for its natural lighting, glass floors and modern style. It is one of a kind!
