If you were any type of foodie, or someone who doesn’t even consider yourself a foodie, you’ve got to stop here. It’s not exactly on the tourist walk, but it’s not exactly too far from it. Do yourself a favor and come here for some of the most amazing food you will have in the Athens area. The husband and wife team have been running this restaurant for 10 years and their philosophy is very simple. Find a harmony and balance between what is available to eat, how does simply prepare it, put it on a plate with simple, beautiful presentations, and explain where everything came from and how it was prepared. I travel through Greece, and stumbled upon this place by accident, and I’ve never looked back. You will not be disappointed. Take time to introduce yourself to Athena, the wife, half of the team, and she will happily explain to you the meaning behind how, what, and why they do what they do. Nothing short of a spectacular.
