Ordered the Octopus was happy to pay nearly 30.00 euros for it arrived cold and hard it was not freshly cooked probably a return item from the day before yesterday.
Gave the staff the opportunity to correct the mistake waited an hour for my grilled octopus at the restaurant. When it arrived it was the same piece of rubber as before shamelessly and disrespectfully reserved it to me. After an hour 45 minutes of wait I decided to reach out to one of the managers I approached the person behind the bar who the wait staff directed to I asked if he was the manager he rudely answered : “Yeah Something like that” super low class individual no tact no manners , very primitive.
